Our office staff are experience with working with insurance carriers to obtain prior authorization for the surgery. Dr. Mabourakh contracts with most insurance carriers both PPO and HMO, including Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Sutter Group, Hills Physician and Medcore.
